How to generate content in your own voice
To get started, head over to notis.ai and click
Fill in your WhatsApp number and click “Get Notis Free”. You’ll receive a message from Notis within a few seconds. Proceed with the onboarding questions until you are redirected to authorise Notion.
Select “Use a template provided by the developer” to install this template. Alternatively, you can select the pages containing the Notion database you wish Notis to manage.
Notis will synchronise your database. Once that’s done, you can deactivate any database you don’t want Notis to be able to write into.

Notion API sometimes takes a while to show us all your databases. You might have to sync your database again a few minutes later if some are missing.

<aside> ⚠️ If you want to sync a page at the root of your Notion, you will need to re-authorize Notion and select the page you want to sync.

To do so, ask Notis on WhatsApp for the link to your portal, click on the three dots in the top right corner and select “Reconnect Notion.”
Finally, select “Select pages to share with Notis”. Your databases will sync and you’ll see them appear in the list of synced database in the next page.
Notis automatically syncs your database changes daily, but you can also ask Notis to sync them at any time or access your portal to do so (ask Notis for the link).

You can also deactivate the database you don’t want Notis to write into.
Keep the number of databases activated to a minimum to increase the performance of Notis.

Notis is compatible with all Notion templates as long as it is structured using Notion databases. It also work seamlessly with your own databases.
To add a template or database make sure it inside the Notis template or reconnect Notion and give access to the page that contains your databases/templates you want to sync with Notis.
Notis use the information of your Notion database to create your documents. This gives you total freedom to personalize how you want your assistant to write content in your Notion without writing a single line of code!
Create or edit a database.
Create a new database or edit any of your existing ones.
Set the title
Your database must have a name.
⚠️ The page title is different from the database title for inline databases. Make sure that your inline databases have a name set. Databases without names won’t be synced with Notis.
Set a description
Optionally, add a description with all the necessary instructions for Notis Example: Store all my receipts here. Transcribe my receipts and save them along the original photo of my receipt.
Set fields descriptions
Optionally, give more instructions for each field of your Notion database.

As often happens, I created Notis out of frustration. Although high-quality voice transcription is widely available, I couldn't find a product that reliably worked on the go (I get most of my ideas while driving), was intelligent enough to suggest relevant edits based on the content of each of my thoughts, and intelligent enough to save them in the right place for easy access later.
Over time, Notis evolved into so much more. I now call it my first A.I employee because, like a real employee (the good ones, at least), I just had to explain my workflow once, and now I can delegate tasks to him. And since it's so easy to record a voice message, snap a photo or write a quick text, I use it all the time, from my expenses to building a knowledge base, social media posts, ideas, etc. You name it!
